Unique Nature of Crystals
Crystals are natural products, and each one is unique. They may have imperfections, natural cracks, and slight variations in color and patterns. If you seek perfection, our crystals may not be the right choice for you.
Return Policy
We accept returns and will refund items that are damaged during shipping only. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at moonlightenchantments1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send it.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and Moonlight Enchantments will not cover return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or received in error, contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and rectify it.

If the returned item is damaged or lost on the way back to us, the buyer is responsible for the loss. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
