Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally and only ship to the USA. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow this time for us to prepare your order before it is shipped.

Shipping Address

All orders must be shipped to a physical address. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. You will see the shipping charges at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Return Policy

We take great care in packaging our crystals to ensure they arrive safely. However, we are not responsible for damage to returned items.

Returns and Shipping Costs

We may or may not reimburse shipping costs for returns. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis due to the fragility of crystals.

Return Instructions

When returning items, please ensure that you:

• Pack your crystal carefully: Use ample cushioning to prevent damage.

• Label it as FRAGILE: Clearly mark your package with a FRAGILE sticker to alert postal workers.

• Consider insurance: If you wish to cover any potential damage during the postal journey, we recommend taking out insurance with USPS.
