What is a Live Sale? We broadcast live on social media platforms such as Facebook. Our host curates a stunning showcase featuring our finest crystals, allowing you to shop in real time.
How do I shop the Live Sales? Step 1: Join the scheduled Live Sale on Facebook at the scheduled time. Step 2: See something you love? Request to see the item, and if you want to claim it comment "C (price)" or "Claim (price)! If someone else has already requested it, they have 'dibs', but feel free to put in a backup claim just in case! Step 3: For first-time buyers - After making your first claim, head to our website and create an account, then send us a message on the platform during the show with the email account so that we can find your account. If you've shopped with us online before, simply send us your email address so we can find you in the system! Step 4: We'll create your invoice and send it directly to your email. Step 5 : Complete the checkout, and get ready to welcome your new crystals!
What time are the shows? Each week, we post a schedule for our Live Sales, which you can find on our social media pages, through email, and on our website. The timing may change week to week. Occasionally, a show might be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
How do I Claim an item? 1. The anchor will take requests to see specific items and perform table scans. Items may also go in order, depending on the hosts method during the live sale. Once an item is shown, the first claim to appear on the hosts screen will get the item. **Please keep in mind that while your comment may appear first on your screen, it may not be first on the host screen. The comments go in order of first the host sees.
How much is shipping? Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order: *0 - 0.5 lb = $7.34 *0.51 - 1 lb = $8.84 *1.01 - 2 lb = $10.34 *2.01 - 4 lb = $12.84 *4.01 - 7 lb = $13.84 *7.01 - 9 lb = $15.34 *9.01 - 10lb = $16.34 For orders over 10lbs, the rate will be assessed. We also offer free pickup/meetup/delivery for orders within 20 miles of our location.
When will my order be shipped? Orders ship within 1-2 business days after your invoice is paid. Shipping speed varies by carrier.
What is Live Sale Etiquette? During Live Sales, we encourage positive conversations focused on the crystals for sale. We want everyone to enjoy their shopping experience and ensure there's enough time to showcase all the beautiful items. If you have any questions about Live Sales or procedures, please send us a DM. For all other inquiries, feel free to email us at moonlightenchantments1@gmail.com Kindly avoid requesting items unless you're personally interested in purchasing them, so other viewers have the opportunity to shop. Unkind or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in removal from the live stream and possibly being blocked, depending on the severity. Please treat your fellow shoppers with kindness and respect. We also ask that you refrain from mentioning other sellers not associated with Moonlight Enchantments during the Live Sales. Doing so may result in a strike or a ban. **All policies are subject to change as we continue to adapt to the needs of our business and our customers.
What is a Live Sale Strike? Although we prefer not to, sometimes we have to add strike to an account for different circumstances in order to maintain the integrity of our shows. If 3 strikes are acquired, you may be banned from shopping with us on our Live Sales. Strike 1: May be given out in the event of items being put back after claiming, late payment, or other minor issues as needed. Strike 2: May be given out in the event of items with a value of over $150 are put back after claiming, canceling orders under $250/non-payment on orders, or rude and inappropriate behavior towards other participants including customers and staff. Strike 3: Accumulated or all at once; May result in a ban from our Live Sales. 3 strikes are issued for canceling or non-payment on orders over $250 or repeated unkind behavior towards other participants including customers and staff.
When are payments due? All invoices will be sent the same day as the show. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours, or your order will be canceled.
